Amin Aria is the Emerging Tech Lead at Artemis Consulting. He got his Ph.D. in Reliability Engineering from the University of Maryland in 2020 with multiple publications on the application of machine/deep learning and operations research on the health management of mechanical systems. Afterwards, he joined ICF as a Senior Data and Analytics Developer and was a lead developer on several projects at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). In the meantime, he also collaborated with the fin-tech start-up Rocket Money and developed a prototype for probabilistic prediction of account overdraft using time-series analysis. He also has collaborated with the online learning platform Great Learning, where he lectured multiple MIT data science cohorts.
At Artemis Consulting, he has most recently led multiple AI/NLP and blockchain projects where corresponding software products are in the prototyping and marketing phases. His areas of interest include Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Software Development, Operations research, and Prognostics and Health Management (PHM).
