Erika Ota-Liedtke is a Data Governance Associate in the Data and Analytics Office (DAO) of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York with prior experience in the Supervision Group and Executive Office of the same institution. Throughout her career, she contributed to establishing engagement strategies between regulators, FinTech players, and financial institutions, and conducted research on topics ranging from data monetization to the use of artificial intelligence in central banking. She leads a number of DE&I initiatives at work and outside organizations and is particularly interested in developments at the intersection of finance, tech innovation, and regulation and in understanding their effects on consumers and communities.
