Joseph Bahr is a 2nd year Master’s in Public Policy from Duke University with an interest in technology policy and data science in the context of local government. Before Duke, Joe worked as a data scientist for The Kroger Co., one of the largest grocery retailers in the United States, on improving pricing and promotion strategy. In the future, he hopes to work with local governments to tackle their most challenging problems through the responsible application of technology.
