Initiative overview

The labelling of AI systems in the public administration is understood as a code of conduct on a voluntary basis, which is based on the intentions of the transparency regulations for certain AI systems in Article 50 of the AI Act and can therefore be extended in the future. The aim is not to label AI-generated content, but only AI systems that interact with citizens. A concept with an evaluation methodology is being developed, which assesses the autonomy and impact of AI systems. This results in an overall category that provides additional information about the AI system.
