The AI Observatory and Forum (AIO&F) was launched in February 2020 to track and assess how artificial intelligence is developing, especially its legal and ethical impacts. It brings together independent experts to monitor AI research, social effects, and regulation trends. The initiative supports informed policymaking and public understanding of AI.
