Common State IT Infrastructure Programme (WIIP) includes the handbook on Cloud in Government Services: Guide for Public Authorities, which aims to introduce uniform, high standards of IT systems protection and support for public administration in maintaining these systems. As part of the program, a tool for searching, comparing, and acquiring cloud services, the Cloud Service Provision System (Zapewniania Usług Chmurowych - ZUCH) was made available to the public administration.

Initiative overview

Poland’s Common State IT Infrastructure Programme (WIIP) includes practical tools and guidance for cloud adoption in public administration. A core element is ZUCH—a cloud services marketplace for verified providers—used by authorities to search, compare and procure services from the Government and Public Cloud catalogues under WIIP rules. The programme is accompanied by implementation aids such as the Cloud in Government Services guide and a Model Cloud SLA, which set out procurement, security and interoperability expectations and align agencies on common standards. Together, these components are intended to simplify compliant cloud purchasing and raise protection levels across state IT systems.
