Initiative overview

The Ministry of Innovation, Science, and Technology has established a national expert forum on artificial intelligence, following an open call for candidates. The forum includes experts from academia, industry, and leading civil society organizations.

The expert forum will assist in developing a governmental strategy and policy for promoting the safe use of artificial intelligence, aiming to encourage innovation and maximize the technology’s social and economic benefits. It is established and led by the Government Center for AI Regulation and Policy within the Ministry of Innovation and Science, which was created by Government Resolution 173.
