Initiative overview

This project is a loan-based instrument to support the digital transformation of enterprises, with a cloud-first orientation. Financing is available only for projects in which at least 30% of eligible costs concern cloud infrastructure or cloud services (e.g., migration, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), while remaining costs must also directly advance the firm’s digitalisation (such as integrating smart solutions or related software/services). The scheme is framed to stimulate private investment, ease access to capital for technology upgrades, and align company IT with modern, scalable architectures.
