This report aims to be a follow up from the 1st report on governance innovation: Governance Innovation: Redesigning Law and Architecture for Society 5.0 released in July 2020 and 2nd report: "Governance Innovation Ver 2 - A Guide to Designing and Implementing Agile Governance" released in July 2021The initiative has the following objectives:This report aims to explain the overall picture of "Agile Governance" presented in the two Governance Innovation Reports, "GOVERNANCE INNOVATION: Redesigning Law and Architecture for Society 5.0" and "Governance Innovation Ver 2 - A Guide to Designing and Implementing Agile Governance", to organize the implementation process of Agile Goverance, and to indicate the environment and incentive design necessary to implement Agile Governance, taking into account concrete examples in Japan and other countries.
