The AI Centre Lipik, founded by the Lipik Development and Touristic Agency (LIRA d.o.o.) in 2020, consists of an Education Centre and a Startup Incubator. The Education Centre runs a six-month AI programmer training programme involving both theory and hands-on practice, offering over 1,000 hours of teaching, with stipends and living support for participants. After completion, successful graduates are offered employment or support in starting their own business.

The Startup Incubator is designed to help new and emerging companies working in AI and programming. It offers mentoring, business training, consulting, and access to infrastructure. As of the latest data, about 15 startups have been incubated in Lipik, employing several dozen people. The centre is also expanding its entrepreneurial modules, accelerator, and lab facilities.
