Companies in need of AI solutions for sector-specific problems can actively seek out partners to join their consortium. To expedite and optimize the process of addressing these needs, the Artificial Intelligence Institute will provide support by pairing experienced technology providers with university research laboratories and public research centers or institutes. By fostering these collaborations, the support model aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of solving AI-related challenges in various sectors. It leverages the expertise of technology providers, research laboratories, and public research centers to deliver tailored solutions to companies, promoting innovation and advancement in the field of artificial intelligence.Launched in 2022, the decision to hold a second call for applications was driven by the high demand and the successful outcomes achieved through projects initiated in the first phase. This support program capitalizes on the expertise of Turkiye-based companies in the field of artificial intelligence and emphasizes the implementation of project results within the country. By leveraging the know-how available in universities, public research centers, and institutes, the program aims to facilitate the transformation of companies seeking artificial intelligence solutions into tailored products or solutions that align with their specific needs. The ultimate goal is to foster innovation, enhance competitiveness, and drive the growth of Turkiye's artificial intelligence ecosystem. Priority Areas(1) Smart Production Systems,(2) Smart Agriculture, Food and Livestock,(3) Financial Technologies,(4) Climate Change and Sustainability(5) Smart Education TechnologiesThe initiative has the following objectives:- Developing artificial intelligence solutions needed by the industry by technology provider companies- Transferring the knowledge in artificial intelligence to companies, which is already established in university / public research centers- Raising awareness about the solution to companies that need similar solutions within the scope of the artificial intelligence ecosystem- Supporting SMEs and entrepreneurial institutions existing in the artificial intelligence ecosystem- Directing the actors of the artificial intelligence ecosystem to an active cooperation model- Ensuring that experience and knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence are continuously transferred to companies in need by technology providers and through the Artificial Intelligence Institute- Fostering the growth of researchers and human resources in artificial intelligence- Directing the actors of the artificial intelligence ecosystem to an active cooperation model- Ensuring that experience and knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence are continuously transferred to companies in need by technology providers and through the Artificial Intelligence Institute
