National Artificial Intelligence Strategy 2025–2030
Cambodia’s Draft National Artificial Intelligence Strategy 2025–2030, prepared by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, sets a national direction for using AI to support economic and social development. It aims to improve skills, digital government and productivity while managing AI risks, and defines six strategic priorities covering human resources, data and infrastructure, sectoral adoption, ethical and responsible AI, and collaboration, research and innovation.

The Digital, Media and Information Literacy (DMIL) Competency Framework was developed to respond to the urgent need of the Royal Government of Cambodia in developing the "Digital Citizen" which is the integral part that supports the current vibrant digital economy and society.

Sub-decree 81 on the Organization and Functioning of Digital Government Committee (DGC)
This sub-decree set out the implementation and functioning of the Digital Government Committee to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of serving as a staff member of the National Council for Digital Economy and Society (NCAC) on technical and policy work in leading, coordinating and promoting the building of a digital government in the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Sub-decree 64 on Organization and Function of Ministry of Post and Telecommunications Cambodia (MPTC)
This is the sub-decree that vested Ministry of Post and Telecommunications serves as the Royal Government's headquarters on the mission of leading and managing the postal, telecommunications, and ICT sectors, as well as radio frequency spectrum resources of the Kingdom of Cambodia, to develop the economy and improve the people's livelihood based on the principles of market economy and social equity.
Sub-decree 110 on ICT Licensing Regime
This Sub-decree aims to ensure the management of Information Communication Technology (ICT) Industry with efficiency and accountability, guarantee and encourage the gathering of operations in ICT sector with the purpose of innovational thrust, economy growth and the swirl of national income and the insurance of security and safety for the people.
