Initiative overview
Studies are carried out to establish the Center of Excellence of Data Analytics within the Ministry of Trade. Turkiye created scenarios related to the field of duty of our Ministry in the Center of Excellence of Data Analytics. Turkiye uses AI and ML technology on the data in these scenarios. Scenarios are made up of subjects that fall under the ministry's field of activity. There are special working teams for these scenarios. The project's key activities are forecasting, technological solutions, text mining in free text fields, early warning/alarm, simulation, data quality studies on various datasets, predictive models (using the methods of ML, AI, etc.), social network analysis, chatbot/assistant, and dashboard design. The Easy Export Platform enables our small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), co-operatives, and entrepreneurs to access all the information that they need via a single platform in the most up-to-date form (including the large-scale data provided with ML algorithms). It makes a significant contribution to our country's export vision.The initiative has the following objectives:- To collect, process, and protect the data of domestic and foreign trade and customs procedures in safe environments.- To support policymakers with tools such as scenario creation, simulation, and forecasting.
