In recent years, the rapid development of artificial intelligence is profoundly changing the life of human society and changing the world. In order to promote the healthy development of a new generation of artificial intelligence, strengthen the research on artificial intelligence law, ethics and social issues, and actively promote the global governance of artificial intelligence, the new generation artificial intelligence development planning promotion office established the national new generation artificial intelligence governance professional committee. On 17 June 2019, the National New Generation Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional Committee issued the "New Generation of Artificial Intelligence Governance Principles - Development of Responsible Artificial Intelligence", and proposed a framework and action guide for artificial intelligence governance.The initiative has the following objectives:To improve co-ordination of the relationship between the development and governance of AI.To ensure that AI is safe and controlled.To promote economic, social and ecological sustainable development.To build a community of human destiny.
