Initiative overview

The vision was centered around innovation and the satisfaction – of patients and other participants in the health care system – with the products provided by CeZ. It also stems from the need to reinforce the brand. Although the e-Health Centre has been on the market for more than 20 years, it is not as recognizable as other units in the health sector. This has only begun to change in recent years, with the increase in the level of IT implementation in the health care system in Poland. Appropriate communication and information activities were planned to further reinforce CeZ’s brand and to popularize its e-services. Innovation appears in the vision due to the dynamic development of the IT area. CeZ also wants to be synonymous with reliability, providing solutions using the latest technology stack, quality e-services and elements of artificial intelligence.
