Guidelines on the Responsible Use of AI for Lawyers offer practical guidance on using artificial intelligence (AI) safely in legal work in Ukraine. They help lawyers, judges, prosecutors, and advocates understand how to verify sources, protect client data, and comply with ethical standards. The purpose is to support legal professionals in using AI responsibly and reducing risks in their daily practice.

The Sectoral Analysis developed by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine aims to highlight the current state of artificial intelligence (AI) in the country across different sectors. It identifies existing strengths and weaknesses and outlines priority areas for AI development. The analysis reviews the leading AI projects currently being implemented in Ukraine and presents a roadmap for the adoption of a national AI strategy.

The Centre will implement AI in public administration and key sectors such as defence, healthcare, education, and business.

Action Plan for the Implementation of the Concept for the Development of Artificial Intelligence in Ukraine for 2025–2026 is an action plan of the Government of Ukraine that aims to implement Ukraine’s Concept for the Development of Artificial Intelligence by 2030. It includes actions related to the use of AI in higher education, cybersecurity, public administration, regulation, and national defence.
