This Guideline was formulated in 2019 based on the idea that, after the establishment of the AI development guideline, AI may continuously change its own output and programs by learning from data in the process of utilization, and that it is important to summarize matters that should be kept in mind in the utilization of AI between developers, users, data providers, and other stakeholders.The initiative has the following objectives:These Guidelines aim to facilitate AI utilization and social implementation by way of increasing the benefits of AI, and mitigating the risks of AI, as well as fostering trust in AI through the sound progress of AI networks.
