The Berufsinfomat uses the possibities of GenAI (LLM) to inform the public and interested parties about job profiles, education and trainings. Due its nature it allows to access information in several languages with questions and answers which otherwise would be spread over three databases and in German only. It's available for everyone with internet access and of course for all employees of the AMS itself.

Initiative overview

The Berufsinfomat is helping with questions about career paths and possible job goals. It might scale into a job adviser with competence and skill development. Until now the only major update has been a redesign (look and feel) and enhancements to reduce gender-bias related issues.
