The Competencies in Advanced Technologies for SMEs project, initiated by the Authority for the Digitalization of Romania (ADR) in 2022, aims to enhance the digital skills of employees in Romanian SMEs. Initiative overview
The Competencies in Advanced Technologies for SMEs initiative addresses the need for upskilling employees in small and medium-sized enterprises to facilitate their digital transformation. The project is structured as follows:
