The Definition of the National Open Data Platform belongs to Supreme Decree that approves the Regulation of Legislative Decree No. 1412, Legislative Decree that approves the Digital Government Law, and establishes provisions on the conditions, requirements and use of technologies and electronic media in the administrative procedureThe initiative has the following objectives:The Presidency of the Council of Ministers, through the Government and Digital Transformation Secretariat, coordinates with the governing ministries of the sectors the prioritization and mandatory publication of the Public Administration entities to publish government data produced, processed, stored and / or collected on digital platforms, whose advertising is not excluded by specific rules on transparency, in open formats in the National Open Data Platform, prioritizing those that are of national or strategic interest for the implementation of State policies and government policies.
