The project, implemented by the Information Society Development Committee (ISDC) together with partners Langas į ateitį Association and the Lithuanian National Library Martynas Mažvydas, aims to provide digital literacy training and other activities to help develop the population's ability to make full use of the digital solutions developed. It also aims to enable the most vulnerable social groups to make greater use of e-services.

Initiative overview

The project works through practical courses and community-based activities delivered by the library network and partner organisations. Participants learn how to use online services, access information safely, and take advantage of digital solutions that can improve their quality of life. By targeting vulnerable groups in particular, the project ensures that those most at risk of exclusion gain the skills they need to participate more fully in the digital society.
