The Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Lithuania seeks to promote research and innovation with AI in strategic sectors: manufacturing, energy, health and transport. It is intended to act as a national hub, fostering collaboration among public, private and academic actors, while serving as a bridge to international partners.

A key aim is to build an internationally connected Lithuanian AI cluster, ensuring that local solutions can integrate with European and global networks, attract investment, and scale beyond national boundaries.
