Initiative overview
Lithuania’s Ministry of Economy and Innovation (EIMIN) has a measure that aims to support start-ups and university spin-offs in the Vilnius region to develop products in AI, blockchain, and robotic process automation. The call highlights use cases ranging from virtual assistants to autonomous recognition systems, seeking to accelerate commercialization and uptake of these technologies.
By providing additional funding, the programme seeks to ensure early-stage teams can build, test, and bring solutions to market, strengthening the local deep-tech ecosystem and creating spillovers for industry and public services.
