The assistant is trained on over 1,600 services available on gov.gr and more than 3,270 administrative procedures from the National Register of Administrative Procedures, "MITOS."Multilingual Support: To accommodate a diverse user base, mAigov supports interactions in 25 languages, including the 24 official languages of the European Union and Albanian. This feature is particularly beneficial for Greeks living abroad and non-Greek-speaking individuals seeking information on Greek public services.User-Friendly Interface: Accessible via mobile devices and computers, mAigov provides a straightforward and friendly interface. Users can submit inquiries and receive guidance on locating the services they need. At the end of each interaction, users have the option to evaluate their experience, contributing to the system's ongoing improvement.Scalability and Performance: In its beta phase, mAigov can handle up to 240 conversations per minute in Greek, with each session limited to five minutes to ensure efficient service. A queuing mechanism manages user traffic, maintaining service quality during peak times.mAIgov goes through continuous updates and integration with more government services.mAIgov platform can scale by expanding its language capabilities and integrating with additional public services. This will allow broader access and improved service delivery for both Greek citizens and international users.Since its launch, mAIgov has evolved by increasing its language support to 25 languages and expanding its service offerings. It has seen significant user engagement and continuous improvements based on user feedback.Results: Over 1.6 million interactions with the bot, since its launch.
