A special inquiry will review the need for national adaptations because of the EU AI Act.Among other things, the inquiry shall:- make proposals on how the market surveillance, governance and enforcement system should be structured,- map other needs for national adaptation as a result of the EU AI Act and propose how such needs should be met, and- submit the necessary national legislative proposals.
