Strategy for the Development of AI in the Republic of Serbia for the Period 2020-2025
The Strategy for the Development of AI in the Republic of Serbia defines objectives and measures for the development of AI whose implementation should result in economic growth, improvement of public services, advancement of scientific staff, and development of skills for the jobs of the future.

RAM for the Development of Projects in the Area of AI
The Program for Development of Projects in the Field of Artificial Intelligence is implemented under two sub-programs, one intended for fundamental and the other for applied research in the field of artificial intelligence. State Data Center
The Office for IT and eGovernment has established a State Data Center which is, in terms of technical and security standards, one of the most modern in the region and stores the key information and communication infrastructure of the Republic of Serbia. The Center meets the Tier 3+ standard, and the Center's services are provided in accordance with the ISO 27001 security standard, ISO 9001 quality standards, as well as with the quality of service provision, ISO 20000.

International Cooperation - World Bank - SAIGE
The Accelerating Innovation and Growth Entrepreneurship Project in Serbia aims to enhance the quality and relevance of scientific research and foster innovative entrepreneurship while improving access to finance for business expansion, thereby boosting Serbia's growth and competitiveness. The project consists of three components, with the first focusing on research sector reforms, which includes the Serbia Science Fund subcomponent that will finance selected competitive research programs.

AI Master Programmes
The University of Novi Sad (Faculty of Technical Sciences and Faculty of Sciences), the University of Kragujevac, and the University of Ni (Faculty of Sciences and Mathematics and Faculty of Electronics) will offer master's degree programs in artificial intelligence for the first time in 2021.
Innovation Fund Serbia

National AI Platform
In accordance with the goals and measures of the Strategy for the Development of AI in the Republic of Serbia for the Period 2020-2025. In 2021, the Government of the Republic of Serbia provided the National Platform for AI (AI Platform), which is located in the State Data Center in Kragujevac.
AI Institute
The Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia's vision is to foster the development of creative leaders in the field of artificial intelligence, as well as to establish Serbia as a global center of excellence in scientific research and technology transfer related to machine learning and AI. The Institute for AI for Serbia is to establish a distributed research and development organization that can utilize all available AI research resources in both Serbia and overseas.
AI Education Programme in Public Administration
By implementing the training programme, and along with using modern forms and methods of work on professional devlopment, the Academy improves the competencies of employees working in public administration, required for good quality of business as usual. This ensures constant improvement of quality of the services provided by public administration to the citizens and business subjects.
AI In Secondary Education
From 2021, students in the 7th and 8th grade of elementary schools have AI as part of two subjects in schools and an elective subject in high schools.
AI In Primary Education
The Strategy for the Development of Artificial Intelligence in the Republic of Serbia from 2020 to 2025 defines the introduction of content on artificial intelligence into our educational system. As part of the curriculum in the seventh grade, the subjects Engineering and Technology and Informatics and Computing are compulsory.
