On June 1st, 2023, the Undersecretariat for Information Technologies approved under Disposition No. 2/2023 the "Recommendations for Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence". These recommendations provide a theoretical and practical guide that establishes a set of ethical principles to be considered and incorporated into every phase of an AI project within the public sector.
