Name in original language
Strategisk indsats for kunstig intelligens – Et styrket fundament for ansvarlig udvikling og anvendelse af kunstig intelligens i Danmark
Initiative overview
The usage and development of responsible AI in Denmark should be accelerated by four new national initiatives:1) The Digital Artificial Intelligence Taskforce rolling out AI solutions in the public sector on a large scale.2) A new research-based centre for advice on the responsible use of AI so that important knowledge about AI can be brought to life in governments and businesses.3) To accelerate the development of secure and transparent Danish language models to strengthen the foundation for the work on AI in companies and authorities.4) To make Danish data available open source to ensure that many more high-quality AI solutions can work in Danish. The new initiatives in this strategic endeavour do not stand alone. They should be seen in the context of the many other initiatives already in place or in the pipeline and in collaboration with leading countries and the EU. However, the new initiatives will help pave the way for more straightforward utilisation of AI across society. This is the government's ambition with the Strategic Approach to Artificial Intelligence.
