Initiative overview

The initiative has the following objectives:1 - Registration in SILIAMB (Mdulo de Licenciamento šnico de Ambiente / Single Environmental Licensing Module):- Identification of potential "drone" registrations, i.e., monitoring registrations from multiple users to create eGAR (electronic waste transport documents).2 - Transport documents:- Registration of transport documents that did not occur (either due to impossibility between locations considering the distance and travel time).- Cancellation of transport documents for movements that actually took place (as opposed to correctly canceled documents for movements that did not occur).3 - Non-existent transport documents:- Failure to use transport documents for dispatched or received waste (in addition to the obvious ones, such as mass balances).4 - Incorrect transport documents:- Reporting hazardous waste as non-hazardous (using "mirror codes").Identification of waste management companies that are assisting or promoting this misclassification.
