Initiative overview
The main goal of the project is to develop and implement a secure, reliable, and culturally relevant model that can serve as the basis for an entire ecosystem of AI solutions. This includes creating tools for automating government services, analysing legislative documents, developing personalised educational platforms, and supporting military technologies. The project also aims to stimulate the development of the local AI market by attracting Ukrainian startups and talent, which will create new jobs and promote economic growth. Another important goal is to ensure digital sovereignty by guaranteeing that the confidential data of citizens and the state is processed and stored within the country. In the future, the model will be continuously improved and scaled, incorporating more and more data and functionalities. This will allow it to become a universal platform that supports innovation in all areas of life. Thus, Ukrainian LLM is not just a technological project, but a strategic initiative aimed at strengthening Ukraine's technological independence, ensuring data security, and creating new opportunities for innovation and development that will serve the national interest. This is an important step towards transforming Ukraine into one of the leaders in the field of AI.
