SLAIS was founded in 1992 and is a member society of EurAI (European Association for Artificial Intelligence). Institute Josef Stefan is the leading research organisation in Slovenia in the field of AI, with 30 active research organization.The initiative has the following objectives:The society promotes theoretical and applied research as well as the transfer of AI technology to industrial and commercial environments.SLAIS covers virtually the whole range of AI topics, as well as some other areas of computer science.
