Since 2018, it has used AI and machine learning to manage heavy traffic loads during peak periods, improving system efficiency and reliability. In December 2023, the platform was upgraded to enable cross-border exchanges, aligning national digital services with the EU Single Digital Gateway Regulation and supporting more integrated public services across the EU.
