AI demonstrators: DIAC and DIAT
France’s AI Demonstrators initiatives (DIAC and DIAT) support the development and testing of trusted and applied AI technologies. They fund projects that demonstrate AI in real-world settings across healthcare, mobility, industry, energy, and critical infrastructure. The programmes aim to strengthen the position of French AI companies and accelerate the adoption of AI in society and the economy.
Autonomous mobility projects PRISSMA Project - Research and Investment Platform for the Safety and Security of Autonomous Mobility
The PRISSMA Project develops a platform for the safety and security of autonomous mobility. It focuses on validating automated road transport systems, including AI components, to ensure safe operation. The project is part of an AI Challenge organised by the Innovation and Industry Fund.

The French government intends to support French players in the field of AI by creating, through the influence of voluntary standardization, the conditions for access to and success of trusted solutions and products in France and internationally.
Jean Zay Supercomputer and Support Team
Jean Zay is a supercomputer of the National Center for Scientifical Research (CNRS) dedicated to academic research and firms. Later initiatives include the extension of Jean Zay’s capability in response to generative AI needs and improve access for AI start-ups. The associated teams of support engineers have also been further strengthened.

Good Practice Recommendations to Integrate Ethics in the Development of AI Solutions in Healthcare
This report lists all the ethical requirements required by AI solutions in healthcare in the double sense of "by design", i.e. both during the design phase, to integrate as much as possible, ethical values in the hardware and software architecture of the systems, and architecture of the systems, and at the end of the realization, to validate the proposed solutions and avoid the risks resulting from the mainly inductive nature of AI today.
