Initiative overview

By the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 10 March 2021, No. 184, the Regulation on the Unified State Web Portal of Digital Education “Diia.Education” was approved. According to this Regulation, the free portal is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The main tasks of the Digital Education Web Portal include:

  • providing access to educational materials in formal and non-formal education;
  • ensuring digital literacy for people of all age categories;
  • forming individual lists of materials;
  • enabling personalised educational trajectories.

Upon completing the courses, registered users receive certificates in their personal accounts.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine continues to develop educational materials on artificial intelligence (AI) within the Diia.Education portal, which already has a dedicated section. With an audience of over 2.7 million users, the portal offers more than ten resources in various formats, including educational series, guides, and short “byte learning” modules.

Over 121,000 users have started learning from the AI section. Available courses include “Artificial Intelligence,” “ChatGPT: Your Personal Assistant for Work, Study, and Life,” “Future AI Leaders,” “ChatGPT for Personal Effectiveness,” and “Artificial Intelligence for Schoolchildren.” In addition, there are guides and byte learning modules on topics such as AI in education, its current and future capabilities, and AI as a teacher’s tool for lesson planning and task creation.
