Government assignment to 25 Swedish national authorities to report on their use of AI
The Government has decided to assign 25 national authorities to report on their use of AI. The assignment includes reporting on what collaborations exist with other authorities and what training or other competence-enhancing initiatives have been offered to the staff. The authorities must also report on the challenges linked to ethics, regulation and security.
AI Directory
The project aimed to create a comprehensive overview of all AI systems used in federal public administration in 2023. The survey data will help identify challenges and risks related to AI in the public sector. Over five months, 31 AI-related projects were identified across various ministries: 17 operational AI systems, 10 AI research projects, 3 chatbots, and 1 guideline for AI in public administration. This project also serves as preparatory work for the AI Map (KI-Landkarte) initiative.

Berufsinfomat
The Berufsinfomat uses the possibities of GenAI (LLM) to inform the public and interested parties about job profiles, education and trainings. Due its nature it allows to access information in several languages with questions and answers which otherwise would be spread over three databases and in German only. It's available for everyone with internet access and of course for all employees of the AMS itself.
mAigov
mAigov is an AI-powered digital assistant integrated into Greece's unified public administration portal, gov.gr. Launched in December 2023 by the Ministry of Digital Governance, mAigov aims to streamline citizens' interactions with public services by simplifying access to information and procedures.

Grants4Companies is an application in the Austrian Business Service Portal, the main point of contact between businesses and Austrian public administration. It uses methods of symbolic AI to display a list of grants, which match the logged-in business based on its data available in the registries of public administration. The internal representation of the grants also enables analysis of the landscape of Austrian business grants.
Civic Coding - Innovation Network AI for the Common Good
The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS), the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMFSFJ) and the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMUV) have joined together to develop Civic Coding - the innovation network for the common good.
National AI Platform
